Orders
Your favourite products are easy to order. Simply select the item of your choice and click "Add To Cart".  If you would like to purchase additional items you would repeat the selection process.  If you would like to change the quantity of the items selected, input the quantity desired and click "Recalculate". These options are available in your "Shopping Cart". Our online store user interface has been designed to make it easier than ever to order and hassle-free with secure online payments through MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment Terms
All orders may be paid with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. We can also accept checks and money orders by mail. To elect this option, please contact us via email at:
orders@spafavourites.com. Note: There is a $20 charge on returned checks.

Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise requested we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). On all other orders the shipping charges will be applied at the current USPS rate. The online ordering system is set up to calculate your order's shipping cost as close as can be estimated until we have fully integrated the ups database with ours.

3-Day select, 2nd Day & Next Day Air shipping options are available for all orders. When desiring these options and ordering online please note your shipping request in the comments section of the checkout page and you will be contacted with the additional shipping costs for your approval before shipment is made.

Return Policy
Spa Favourites is committed to offering our customers the best customer service beyond the point of sale.  We will refund the purchase of any un-opened products received within 30 days of purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.  We will refund your purchase of damaged items.  Please be aware that
your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order in order to receive a refund.

Order Damages
We make an extra effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor do we make damage claims for you. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your packages before signing. To expedite replacement of damaged products, we suggest that you place another order while your claim is being processed by the carrier.

Back Order & Out Of Stock Items
If you order and item that is currently out of stock, you will be contacted by email.  We will advise you of a possible in-stock date and request confirmation or cancellation instructions.
